Shipping Guidelines

1. Package your unit well and use the original packaging whenever possible.
2. If original packaging is not available, double box using new, rigid boxes allowing at least 2” of space surrounding the inner box with quality packing material.
3. Wrap your unit in a plastic bag and surround it with foam, not peanuts.  Put at least 2” of peanuts or foam on the bottom of a rigid box, then place the inner box over the material and finish surrounding and topping with more packing material.
4. Use at least 2” plastic packaging tape to seal all seams and flaps.
5. Insure your package for replacement cost.

Remember, your monitor is very fragile and contains glass!!  Since we ship your unit back to you with the box and packing material you supplied us, please take extra precautions to make sure it gets to us in one piece.  Common carriers don’t care about your unit and will do whatever they have to do to get their job done, even if that means throwing, dropping or crushing it.  Accidents also happen.  We are not responsible for poor packaging that was sent to us.  We care about your investment, therefore, if we return a unit that is poorly packaged, we will at our discretion repackage the unit and charge a Handling Fee.
